Yes this is the sauce that the Chicken Cacciatore cooked in .     Once I had served up all the chicken thighs, what was I to do with the remaining rich tomatoey, bacony, chickeny, olivey, herby sauce that was left in the pot?   Chicken breasts were poached in the flavoursome sauce, shredded and then tossed back through . This is a magnificently rich ragu.  Limited stock available.
