Sure the weather is warming up but let’s be honest,  we’re in Victoria and there are sure to be some evenings ahead where you’ll be too happy to pull this gem out of the freezer and enjoy the warmth of a hearty Russian stew!   Tender beef in a creamy, rich, mushroomy sauce with magnificent depth of flavour.   Serve with dill pickles over mash, pasta or egg noodles.
