    Here is a little taste of Greece for you.    Free range butterflied Chicken in a yoghurt and lemon based marinade.   The chicken is tenderised and full of classic Greek flavour, all ready for you to roast or barbecue at home.   Butterflying a chicken before barbecuing or roasting helps it cook quickly and evenly.   Once cooked, the chicken is perfect served with potatoes and a good Greek salad.
