SMOKY CHIPOTLE BEEF BRISKET

The brisket is rubbed with a dry spice mix and popped in the oven for a long day of cooking low and slow.     Once cooked, the tender beef is pulled and folded through a homemade rich barbecue sauce. This dish is so full of flavour, a little goes a long way.   Accompany the brisket with baked potatoes or pile it in to tacos or soft white rolls with coleslaw.  A great easy, crowd-pleasing meal to make entertaining a breeze.
