    I discovered this recipe 5 years ago and it has become a firm favourite in our household.     The earthy (and let’s be honest, bland) peas are made spiky and fresh with chilli, ginger, lime and coriander.   This dish is unfamiliar, exciting and warming.      Serve as a soup or, as we like to do, over rice with a dollop of yoghurt.
