    I couldn't tell you the number of times I have made this slow cooked pork shoulder for catering jobs.    It works equally well in sliders with an Asian slaw for a huge crowd as served on a bed of rice with steamed broccoli for a family dinner.      After 8 hours of cooking at a low temperature, the tender and juicy pork will melt in your mouth.    If you’d like to make sliders, I have the recipe for an excellent  Asian Slaw, send me an email at sally@slowcooksisters.com.au
