SLOW COOKED BEEF CHEEKS IN RED WINE

    Do you have a dinner party coming up?    If not, it might be a good time to invite some friends around for a special meal.   It takes hours and hours of low and slow cooking to break down these hardworking muscles.      The result is a wonderfully deep flavour and unctuous texture.   Each cheek weighs approximately 500g and should feed 2 people.   Serve with polenta or creamy mashed potato to soak up the divine, rich red wine sauce.
