Ingredients and allergens

Ingredients: Fresh pasta, tomato, ricotta, roast pumpkin, spinach and silver beet, mozzarella, feta, Parmesan, onion, breadcrumbs, olive oil, parsley, basil, thyme, sage, garlic, lemon zest, egg, nutmeg, black pepper, salt.

Allergens: Contains MILK, WHEAT (GLUTEN), EGG.

Heating and serving

Cooking instructions

Defrost completely. Remove packaging and place in a preheated 180°C oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbling and piping hot throughout. If the top is browning too quickly, cover loosely with foil.

Serving suggestions

A complete dinner on its own, but lovely with a crisp green salad and some good crusty bread for mopping up the tomato and basil sugo. For something a little more substantial, serve alongside simply dressed rocket or roasted green vegetables.

Tip: Let the Rotolo sit for 5 minutes after it comes out of the oven - it will hold together beautifully when served.

Storage

Keep frozen. Once defrosted, eat within 48 hours.

    Fresh pasta rolled with spinach, parsley, lemony ricotta and salty feta, with a ribbon of roast pumpkin fragrant with thyme and sage. Baked in our basil and roast tomato sugo and finished with mozzarella and a golden Parmesan crumb.
