Ingredients and allergens

Ingredients: Spinach, ricotta (milk), filo pastry (wheat), feta (milk), butter (milk), olive oil, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs (wheat), pine nuts, spring onion, mint, lemon, garlic,pepper, sesame, nigella seeds and sumac.

Contains: Milk, wheat, egg, pine nuts and sesame.

Heating and serving

Heating: Cook from frozen, following the oven temperature and timing on the pack, until the filo is crisp and golden and the filling is piping hot throughout. Rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.

Serving: Bring to the table and cut into generous wedges. Serve with a crisp green salad, ripe tomatoes and perhaps a nice relish.

Storage

Keep frozen. Once defrosted, eat within 48 hours.
