Ingredients and allergens

Ingredients: Potato, beef mince, brown onion, carrot, peas, red wine, milk, Worcestershire sauce (fish), salted butter (milk), olive oil, tomato paste, salt, garlic and thyme.

Contains: Milk and fish.

Heating and serving

Heating: Defrost fully in the fridge. Remove the plastic wrapping, cover loosely with foil and place on a baking tray. Heat at 180°C conventional / 160°C fan for approximately 40–50 minutes for medium or 60–75 minutes for large, uncovering for the final 15 minutes to brown the mash. Ensure the centre is piping hot throughout, reaching 75°C.

Serving: Rest for 5 minutes before serving with steamed greens or a crisp salad.

Once thawed, keep refrigerated and enjoy within 48 hours.

Storage

Keep frozen. Once defrosted, eat within 48 hours.
