For those not lucky enough to pop over to Bali this winter, we have just the thing. This lovely, aromatic curry is just the thing for you to enjoy on a cold old night.. All of our favourite herbs and spices of the tropics feature in this gentle coconutty chicken dish. It is quite saucy, I think it would be great to toss through some lightly steamed vegetables when reheating. Serve with rice.
