There’s something for everyone on our menu. Whether you’re GF, vego, dairy free, feeding a fussy kid or a serious meat lover, we hope you’ll find plenty to love.
Have a browse and choose whatever tickles your fancy. Stock the freezer, feed the family, send dinner to someone you love or simply give yourself the night off. No subscriptions. Just order whenever it suits you.
Most meals come in two sizes - medium generally feeds 2-3 and large 4-6, depending on appetites and what you serve alongside.

Made your choices? Go for it. You’ll be glad that you did. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of knowing that you have a freezer full of Slow Cook Sisters’ treasures.
Orders close at 5pm the day before delivery.

We cook. We deliver.
Once your order is in, we take care of the rest. Your meals are cooked from scratch in small batches, frozen and delivered straight to your door.
We deliver across Geelong, Bellarine and Surf Coast: every Tuesday and Friday. We also make occasional deliveries to Port Phillip area - contact Sally to be kept in the loop.
Won’t be home? Leave an esky with ice at your door and we’ll pop your meals safely inside.
From your freezer to the table
Your meals arrive frozen, ready to tuck away for whenever you need them.
When dinner time comes, simply defrost, heat and serve. Add some rice, pasta , a crisp salad or a few greens and dinner is done-without the shopping, chopping or washing up.
