Defrost completely. Reheat gently in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until piping hot throughout. Alternatively, transfer to an ovenproof dish, cover and heat at 180°C until piping hot.

Serving suggestions

Beautiful with creamy mashed potato, rice or crusty bread to soak up all that Provençal sauce. Add steamed green beans, broccolini or a simple green salad for an easy dinner.

For something a little more French, serve with buttery potatoes and green beans.

Keep frozen. Once defrosted, eat within 48 hours.
