I think everybody has a soft spot for meatballs. We are sticking close to the traditional Italian recipe here- little balls of beef, pork, parmesan, parsley and breadcrumbs browned in the pan and then simmered in a rich tomato sauce. Reheat gently , boil some spaghetti, grate the parmesan and away you go. Buon appetito!
