Ingredients and allergens

Beef, pork, tomatoes, onion, egg, breadcrumbs (gluten), ricotta (milk), Parmesan (milk), parsley, garlic, olive oil, red wine, basil, thyme, lemon zest, oregano, salt, pepper, bay leaves.

Allergens: gluten, egg, milk. Gluten-free varieties contain no breadcrumbs and cooked separately.

Heating and serving

Defrost completely. Reheat gently in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until piping hot throughout. Alternatively, microwave until piping hot, stirring halfway through. Can be reheated from frozen in oven in a small dish covered with foil.

Serve with pasta, creamy polenta or crusty bread, with plenty of Parmesan.

Storage

Keep frozen. Once defrosted, eat within 48 hours.
