Ingredients and allergens

Beef brisket, tomato passata, apple, maple syrup, beef stock, garlic, chipotle chillies in adobo, smoked paprika, brown sugar, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, dried oregano, sweet paprika and black pepper. No major allergens intentionally added.

Heating and serving

Defrost completely in the refrigerator. Remove from packaging and transfer the brisket and sauce to an ovenproof dish. Cover with foil and heat at 180°C for approximately 20–25 minutes, or until piping hot throughout. Stir gently before serving.

Serve with buttery baked potatoes and a crisp green salad, or pile into warm tortillas with avocado, sour cream and crunchy coleslaw. Equally delicious tucked into soft white rolls for an easy, crowd-pleasing lunch.

Storage

Keep frozen. Once defrosted, eat within 48 hours.

    The brisket is rubbed with a dry spice mix and popped in the oven for a long day of cooking low and slow in our homemade smoky chipotle barbecue sauce.

    Once cooked, the beef is meltingly tender, with a rich, smoky sauce that’s a little sweet, a little spicy and full of flavour. A little goes a long way.

    Accompany the brisket with baked potatoes or pile it into tacos or soft white rolls with crunchy coleslaw. A great, easy, crowd-pleasing meal that makes entertaining a breeze.
