Ingredients and allergens

Chicken thigh, chicken breast, tomatoes, chicken stock, brown onion, currants, olive oil, honey, lemon, fresh ginger, garlic, fresh coriander, ground cumin, cumin seeds, cinnamon, turmeric, chilli flakes, fresh thyme, saffron and salt. No major allergens intentionally added

Heating and serving

Defrost completely in the refrigerator. Remove from packaging and transfer to a saucepan. Heat gently over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until piping hot throughout.

Serve with fluffy basmati rice or couscous and a generous dollop of natural yoghurt. Scatter with fresh coriander and accompany with warm flatbread to mop up the fragrant sauce.

Storage

Keep frozen. Once defrosted, eat within 48 hours.
